Step 2: Reach Out Through the Right Channel

Once you confirm the order, we build your design and send a digital proof for approval. You see exactly what the finished piece will look like. Nothing gets engraved until you say it's right.

Step 5: Production and Delivery

Standard production is 3–5 business days. Rush orders (1–2 business days) are available based on current capacity — always ask about this upfront if you have a tight deadline. We ship nationwide to all 50 states, and local pickup is available by appointment at our Independence, MO shop in the Kansas City metro area.
