  • Once a design is approved, changes may not be possible depending on the stage of production.

  • Custom items cannot be returned due to text content, spelling, or design approval errors.

  • Production timelines vary based on project complexity.

  • Standard estimated production and shipping time is 3 weeks from design approval.

  • High‑volume or intricate projects may require additional time.

  • Payment is required before production begins.

  • All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.

  • Custom Cavalry reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

🚚 Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, determined by the most sensible rate at the time of shipping.

  • Carrier preference requests must be made before shipping and may result in additional charges.

📬 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only considered if contact is made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in good condition and returned in original packaging.

  • All returns must be approved prior to mailing.

    • Unapproved returns will be destroyed without refund.

  • Damaged items must be reported immediately upon delivery with photos of the shipping box and item.

By submitting any unsolicited proposal to redesign this website, you hereby acknowledge and agree that such submission constitutes acceptance of a mandatory marketing review fee. The review fee begins at $500, which includes examination of all submitted materials, including marketing emails. Each subsequent communication, response, or follow‑up from you will incur an additional invoice.

All invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to remit payment may result in collection actions, including referral to a third‑party collections agency.
