• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned due to text content, spelling, or design approval errors once production has begun.

• Please double-check all spelling, wording, and design details before confirming your order.

📦 Return Eligibility

• Returns will only be considered if contact is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be in good condition and returned in their original packaging.

• All returns must be approved prior to mailing.

  • Any unapproved returns will be destroyed without refund.

⚠️ Damaged Items

• Damaged items must be reported immediately upon delivery.

• Reports must include photos of the damaged shipping box and photos of the damaged item.

• Claims submitted after delivery without documentation cannot be accepted.
